Our goal
We want everyone to be able to use astranode.tech, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, zoom, or high contrast. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have done
- All pages can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus and a "Skip to content" link at the top.
- Pages use real headings, lists and landmarks, so screen readers can move through them.
- Every form field has a label, and form messages are announced to screen readers.
- Text and buttons meet the WCAG AA contrast levels in both the dark and the light theme.
- Text can be zoomed to 200% and the layout works on small screens without scrolling sideways.
- If you turn on "reduce motion" on your device, we turn animations off.
- The cookie banner has two equal buttons and can be used with a keyboard.
- Every page is available in English and German, with the language marked for screen readers.
How we checked
On 2026-10-12 we tested the main pages, in the dark and the light theme, with the automatic checker axe-core and fixed every problem it found. We also checked keyboard use and phone screens by hand. Automatic tools cannot find every problem, and we have not yet had a full review by an outside expert or by people who use assistive technology.
Known limits
- The "Book a demo" buttons open Cal.com, an outside booking service. We do not control how accessible it is. If it does not work for you, email us and we will find a time with you directly.
- The small animated demo on some pages is a visual example. The same steps are written out in text on the page.
