1. Who we are
Astranode Solutions is a software and automation studio based in Lagos, Nigeria. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

The short version
- We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
- Fonts and scripts load from our own server. Your visit is not shared with Google or other font or script providers.
- We only collect what you send us through the contact form or by email, plus basic server logs.
- We never sell your data.
2. When you visit the website
Our server records technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type, and the page you came from. We need this to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted automatically after a limited time.
3. When you use the contact form
We collect your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), your area of interest, your message, and the page you sent it from. We use this only to answer you and, if you ask, to prepare an offer.
Legal basis: steps before a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We store your message on our own server. We also send a copy to a secure messaging service that we use for internal alerts, so we can reply quickly. We keep contact messages for up to 24 months, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.
4. When you email us
Your email address and message are processed by our email provider. We keep them as long as needed to handle your request and for our business records.
5. When you book a demo
The “Book a demo” buttons open Cal.com, an external booking service. Cal.com processes the details you enter there under its own privacy policy: cal.com/privacy. We receive your booking details so we can hold the call. The call itself may use the meeting tool named in your booking.
6. Currency setting
If you click the $ / € switch, your choice is saved in your own browser (local storage), so the site remembers it. It stays on your device and is not sent to us. It is not a cookie and is not used for tracking. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
7. Where your data is processed
Our web server is located in the United States and is run by our hosting provider. Our team works from Nigeria. This means your data may be processed outside the European Union.
We share data with service providers only as far as needed to run the website and answer you. For transfers from the EU, we rely on our providers’ data protection terms, including Standard Contractual Clauses where available, and on Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR where the transfer is needed to answer your request.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the data we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- limit how we use it
- send it to you in a common format
- stop using it (objection)
Write to hello@astranode.tech. We answer within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority. In the EU, this is usually the authority in your country. In Nigeria, it is the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC). If you live in the United States or Canada, you can use the same email address to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
9. What we don’t do
- No automated decisions or profiling.
- No selling or renting of personal data.
- No marketing emails, unless you ask for them.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
