How to delete your data
You can ask Astra Nodes Solutions Ltd (Astranode) to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. It is free.
- Send an email to hello@astranode.tech with the subject Delete my data.
- Tell us the email address and/or phone number (including WhatsApp number) you used with us, so we can find your records.
- We confirm we received your request within 3 business days.
- We delete your data within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.
What we delete
- Messages you sent through our contact form or by email
- Your record in our customer and lead system (name, business, email, phone, notes)
- WhatsApp messages and contact details we stored when you messaged one of our WhatsApp numbers
- Data received through apps that use Facebook Login or the Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform with our app
We may keep a small amount of data only where the law requires it, for example invoices for tax records. We tell you if this applies.
If you messaged one of our clients
We also build and run WhatsApp and automation systems for other businesses. If you talked to one of those businesses, that business controls your data. Please contact them first. If you contact us instead, we pass your request to them and delete the data in the systems we run for them when they tell us to.
Facebook and Meta apps
If you connected our app to your Facebook or Meta account, you can also remove it yourself: open Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find our app and click Remove. Then email us as above, and we delete everything the app received from you.
Data that Meta itself stores (for example your WhatsApp chat history on your phone) is controlled by Meta. See Meta's help pages.
