Do the replies come from my address or yours?

From yours. Customers see your business name and your email address. They can simply reply and the answer lands in your inbox.

Do I have to change my website or my form?

No. You add one code line. It sends us a copy of each message. Your form, your emails and your tools stay as they are.

Is my mailbox password safe?

It is stored encrypted and is used only to send and read the emails of this service. For Gmail and similar providers you use an app password, not your main password. Change it at any time and our access stops.

Can I write my own reply text?

Yes. Use our standard text or write your own, with your booking link and phone number.
