What does Astranode do?
We make small automation products for small businesses. Each one fixes one costly problem: slow replies to new leads, missed calls, missed appointments, too few reviews. We also build websites and web apps on request.
Who is behind Astranode?
Astranode is a brand of Astra Nodes Solutions Ltd, a registered company (RC 9911715) based in Lagos, Nigeria. We work remotely with businesses in the US, Canada, the UK and Europe.
Which products can I use today?
Never Miss a Lead is available now. The other products are in early access: join the list on the product page and we tell you when your place is ready.
Do you use AI?
Yes, where it helps, and we say so. The AI Receptionist tells visitors that it is an AI assistant. The instant replies of Never Miss a Lead are your own approved text, not invented by AI.
Setup and your tools
Do I need to change my website or email?
No. You keep your website, your form and your mailbox. You paste one code line and fill in a short setup form.
How long does setup take?
The setup form takes about five minutes. After that we test with you and switch on, usually within a few days.
Which email providers work?
Gmail and Google Workspace, Hostinger, Zoho, Yahoo, GoDaddy, Namecheap, IONOS and most others. Some Microsoft 365 accounts block sign-in with a password; we check this with you. Proton Mail does not work.
Do I get a login to a dashboard?
Not at the moment. You get alerts by email, and we run the system for you. Tell us if you want to see more.
Security and data
Is my mailbox password safe?
It is stored encrypted and used only to send and read the emails of your service. Use an app password where your provider offers one. Change it at any time and our access stops.
Do my customers see your name or mine?
Yours. Emails go out from your address with your business name.
What happens to my customers' data?
Each client has a separate data space. We use the data only to run your service, never to sell or to advertise. A customer who replies STOP or uses the stop link is deleted.
Can you sign a data processing agreement?
Yes. For clients in the EU and UK we act as your processor under a written agreement. Ask us for it.
Prices and contract
What does it cost?
Each product has a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee. Never Miss a Lead is $350 setup and $99 a month. All prices are on the pricing page.
Is there a long contract?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
What happens if I stop paying?
We remind you before the payment date. A few days after it, the service pauses. Nothing is deleted, so it can be switched on again at once.
What costs extra?
Texts, calls and WhatsApp messages are billed at the provider's cost, with no markup. Ad budgets are paid by you directly to Meta or TikTok.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New clients who book a demo can choose a 14-day free trial of one product, or 20% off the setup fee.
