1. Who these terms are with
These terms apply to services from Astra Nodes Solutions Ltd (RC 9911715), trading as Astranode ("we"), to business clients ("you"). We work with businesses, not consumers.
2. Quotes and scope
Each project or package starts with a written quote that lists the scope, price and timeline. Work outside that scope needs a written change agreed by both sides.
3. Payment
Projects: 50% before we start, 50% at launch. Packages: setup fee before we start, then a monthly fee in advance. Invoices are due within 7 days. Third-party fees (for example phone, SMS, WhatsApp or hosting providers) are billed at cost.
4. Monthly plans
Monthly plans run month to month and can be cancelled by either side with 30 days' written notice.
5. Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the code, content and accounts we create for you. We may reuse general know-how and our own standard components, which you get a lasting licence to use.
6. Your part
You give us timely access to the tools, content and decisions we need, and you make sure your messages to customers follow the law and platform rules (for example consent for marketing messages).
7. Data
Where we process your customers' personal data, we do so only on your instructions and under a data processing agreement.
8. Warranty and liability
We fix defects in our work reported within 30 days of launch at no cost. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for outages of third-party platforms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless your signed agreement says otherwise.
